NUNC A/S announces purchase of production unit and licence agreement on the use of coating technology from Exiqon A/S. Nunc A/S and Exiqon A/S have signed an agreement whereby Exiqon licence their proprietary Anthraqinone coating technology to Nunc for the production of MicroWell Plate based activated surfaces. Thereby, Nunc releases 26 new products in June 2003. The objective of the licence agreement is to combine Exiqon's unique coating technology with the production capability, marketing strength and market access of Nunc for Micro-Well-based products.
